| 摘 要： | 信息社会使社会方方面面发生翻天覆地的变化 ,如何抓住机遇 ,开拓新的生态位 ,是企业创新发展战略管理的着眼点。而企业战略管理是一个复杂的决策过程 ,它是建立在决策科学化、民主化的基础上的。本文提出群体专家问题发生系统是通过分析人机相结合系统模拟的群体决策分析 ,发现企业发展中所存在的问题 ,为企业创新发展提供决策支持。

| Abstract: | Great changes have taken place in every aspect of our lives in information society. How to catch the opportunity and exploit new niche is the key element in the tactic management of enterprise innovation development. However, based on the scientific decision-making and democracy, the enterprise tactic management is a complicated process of decision-making. It is pointed out that the colony-experts problem occurring system is the analysis of colony decision-making which analyses system simulation through the combination of people and machine and discovers problems in the enterprise development and supplies the enterprise innovation development with decision-making support. |
