摘    要:人才在人才市场上具有主客体兼备的双重属性。人才的所有权归属个人,人才的单位所有制必须破除。人才客体表现出难以估测性、所有权不可让渡性、受主体制约性等特点。人才市场迫切需要实施符合人才市场特性的法制管理、诚信管理、人性化管理。

Abstract:A talented person carries dual attributes as both subject and object in job markets. The ownership of intellectual resources belongs to the talented person himself and the intellectuals' attachment to its department should be abolished. As object,a talented person manifests its vague prospect, its inalienable ownership and its being limited by its subject. The job markets urgently request systematical management, sincere management and humane management which is applicable in the intellectual market.
