| 摘 要： | 大学所具有的创新优势对创新型城市建设具有支撑作用,而创新型城市建设又能够推动大学的发展,提升大学的基本功能,推动大学结构的升级。大学与创新型城市互动作用的机理在于创新型城市建设中存在＂大学——社会——政府＂三螺旋关系。政府应十分重视发挥大学在创新型城市建设中的积极作用。

| Abstract: | The advantage of college＇s innovativeness can play a supportive role in the construction of an innovative city,and the city＇s progress will vice versa enhance the performance the colleges in their basic functions and the structure.The mechanism of interaction between colleges and innovative cities lies in the triple-helix relations of ＂University-Society-Government＂,and it is the government＇s duty to maximize the college＇s active role in the construction of innovative cities. |
