新时期高校高层次人才价值观建设研究

新时期，人们的思想观念呈现出多样、多元、多变的特点，各种文化思想相互碰撞，深深地影响人们的行为观念，特别是作为知识、文化和科学技术传播者的高校高层次人才。本文首先对高校高层次人才和价值观的概念作界定，然后，对其价值观建设的主要内容进行论述。最后，提出对策和思路，努力建设与科学发展观、构建和谐社会和和谐校园相适的高层次人才价值观。

Studies on High-level Talents'Value Concept In the Universities in New Times

In the new time, diverse, variable thoughts, along with the collision of various thoughts, affect people＇s behavior concept deeply, especially high-level talents in universities, who propagate knowledge, culture and science technology. The present paper will define high-level talents＇value concept in universities. Then, it expounds the main contents of value constructlon concept. Finally, it puts forward some strategies, ideas, high-level talents＇value concept of building a harmonious society and harmonious campus.
