河北省残疾人就业情况评估与分析

根据第二次全国残疾人抽样调查的有关数据，整理分析了河北省残疾人就业的基本情况：即就业人数增加；在业残疾人脑力劳动的比重明显减少；教育素质明显提高，但尚存在就业比例低；层次低；社会保障水平低；收入低等诸多问题。因此，必须转变观念；发展残疾人教育；加强残疾入职业技能培训；完善相关法律法规；积极开发残疾人人力资源。
