| 摘 要： | 长期以来，中国共产党几代领导集体，在加强党的建设方面，进行了积极的探索，在不同的历史时期所创立的党建理论，正确地指导中国共产党的建设与发展。尤其是邓小平以其卓越的才能，丰富的党建工作阅历和经验，从理论联系实际的原则出发，深入探讨了党在思想、政治、组织、作风建设上的种种问题，提出了许多重要而精辟的见解．从而构建了新时期执政党建设的理论框架。

| Abstract: | For a long period of time,the leading groups of the Communlst Party of China have been exploring courageously how to strengthen the building of the Party ,establishing the reIated theory in the different periods and correctly directing the founding and development of the Communist Party of China. Deng Xiaoping,with his extraordinary talent and rich experience in the Party building,probed into the problems in thought,politics,organization and style of work, and put forward a lot of important and penetrating ideas, thus composed the theoretical framework of the building of the ruling party. |
