| 摘 要： | 政治参与是政治民主的核心和政治现代化的重要标志。邓小平历来热情支持广大人民群众参与政治，行使当家作主的民主权利。他认为，参与民主选举、参与民主管理、参与民主监督是广大人民群众参与政治的基本形式，保持稳定是人民群众参与政治的基本要求。必须加强党对政治参与的领导，加强政治参与的制度建设，逐步扩大政治参与度。

| Abstract: | Political participation is the core of political democracy and the sign of political modernization.Deng Xiaoping was,all along,enthusiast ic for supporting the broad masses participating in politics and mastering their own destinies. It was,in his opinion,the essential form of political participat ion for the broad masses to participate in democratic selection,administration a nd supervision. Howerer,to keep stable was the fundamental premise. So it was ne cessary to strengthen the Party's leading in political participation,cr eate and perfect the related systems,and improve political participation,step by step. |
