| 摘 要： | 在清季十年改革中，俸制发生了较大变化。其主要表现为：正俸中出现了外交官新俸制，养廉也发生了一定变化，此外还出现了公费、津贴、薪水等制度。综而观之，这十年的俸制变化有两个特点：一是多元混杂，二是名不副实。从这两点看来，清季十年的俸制改革是不成功的，而且对清廷的覆亡产生了不小的影响。

| Abstract: | In the last ten years' reform of the Qing Dynasty,there were great changes of official salary system. The major changes were the following:a new diplomats salary system was estab1ished;formal of government officials nourish honesty was changed iand there were other new salary systems,such as state expense,subsidy and wages. In a word,the changes had two characteristics. The first was that it's irregular,the second was that it couldn't be enforced practically. From this, we can say that the re form of salary system wasn't successful. This also affected the collapse of the Qing Dynasty. |
