浅谈合校、扩招与图书馆的建设

从分析合校、扩招、强校入手,总体概述了21世纪高校教育改革的发展形势,进而对各高校图书馆面对兴建、扩建、并馆的发展契机中存在的问题,分别从文献资源、管理和服务模式、人员素质等各个方面进行重点阐述了构建现代化高校图书馆的发展策略,具体地提出了重新构想文献信息资源建设、重新构建图书馆管理体系,以及积极推进人力资源管理战略的新思路。尤其对新、老馆合并、异地多馆如何进行文献资源整合、全面实现信息集成、建设特色数据库等方面进行了有理有据的论述。

Universities Combination, Enlarged Admission and Library Construction

The paper begins from the analysis to universities combination,enlarged admission and universities intensity,generally states the development situations of 21 century universities educational reform,then it analyzes the documentary resources,management and service model,personnel's quality according to those problems which lies in each university library while it faces the development opportunities of building,extending and combining with other libraries.The thesis mainly discusses the development tactics of constructing modern university's library,and puts forward a new thinking on reconstructing documents and information resources,library management system and positively pushes on the human resources management and it emphasizes on how to deal with documentary resources conformity,fulfill information gathering,construct characteristic data base in combined library and libraries in different places.
