高校创新团队协同力评价指标体系的构建

摘    要:高校创新团队的协同力推动着整个团队发展,为能更快更好地实现团队整体协同力目标,通过对高校创新团队的市场能力、科技创新能力、团队管理能力形成的研究,系统地构建了创新团队的协同力指标评价体系,并运用模糊综合评价方法结合实例,对创新团队协同力进行实际分析,验证了协同力指标评价体系的实用性和可行性。

Abstract:The synergy of college creative team promotes the development of the entire team. Through the research of constituent elements of synergy including market capacity,technological innovation capability and team management,a synergy evaluation index system in college creative team is constructed,and then combined with the practical cases,the synergy evaluation index system is evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the index system is helpful to enhance the team management and to achieve the sustainable development goal of the synergy of college creative team.
