| Abstract: | The paper briefly introduces the concept,features,and functions of the virtual enterprise,thor- oughly analyzes the necessity and probability of its establishment in China,and profoundly probes into the ways to establish the virtual enterprise.Finally its significance is discussed as to the enhancement of competitive capacity of China's enterprises. |
