略论六朝时期建康城的作用

六朝时期是我国历史上分裂和动乱的年代,三百多年间,政权更替频繁,战争时常爆发,人口迁移不断。面对这充满动荡和血腥的社会现实,社会各阶层的首要任务便是如何适应这一战争纷纭的环境;国家政权的重中之重,就是如何通过军事行动来保全自己或进而统一全中国。本文通过对六朝建康城优越的自然地理环境与建康城形制和规模的分析,阐述建康城在巩固封建王朝统治的军事行动中所起的重要作用。

Role of the Jian Kang City in the Six Dynasties

It was the age of split and upheaval in Chinese history during the Six Dynasties. It continued more than three hundreds. During that times, the feudal dynasties were replaced frequently, the wars were often broken and the populations were migrated continuously. Facing the turbulent and bloody social reality, the most important task for all kinds of social strata was how to fit the war surrounding. One of the most important things for some feudal dynasties was how to survive themselves or unify the whole China by military operations. This article sets forth that the Jian Kang City played an important role in military operations for consolidating the rule of feudal dynasty by analyzing the advantageous natural geographical conditions and the structure and scale of the Jian Kang City.
