论知识经济中收入分配方式的变革

要素产权是收入分配的依据，社会经济占支配地位的生产要素的更替必然引起收入分配方式的改变。随着知识经济的发展，知识将取代资本成为经济增长中最重要的因素，资本雇佣劳动的格局将最终由知识雇佣资本的格局所替代，整个社会的制度安排将从保护资本所有者利益为主向保护知识创新者利益为主转变，按知识分配的原则将最终得以实现。而知识是脑力劳动的产物，按知识分配实际上是按劳分配原则的新发展。
