| 摘 要： | 在总结已有管理理论创新成果和现实经验的基础上,提出了"管理理论创新范式"的概念,尝试探讨管理理论创新的问题,并初步讨论了管理理论创新的思路、原则和评价标准等.对这些基本问题的尝试性探讨将进一步丰富管理理论创新范式研究的内容.

| Abstract: | Based on the conclusion of the historical achievement and pragmatic experience of management theory innovation,a new concept of 'innovation paradigm of management theory' is promoted so as to explore the problems of innovation paradigm of management theory tentatively,and to take a preliminary discussion on the thread,the principle and the evaluation standard of management theory innovation.The study is supposed to enrich the content of innovation paradigm of management theory. |
