房地产市场风险预警研究方法综述

本文从预警方法、建立指标等方面对国内外有关房地产风险预警研究进行了述评,并分析了未来房地产风险预警研究的方向。在定量与定性结合、理论与实证结合的研究思路下,将信息建模技术及人工智能、模式识别技术运用于房地产风险预警,使房地产预警的理论和技术方法得到进一步提升。

A Review of Early Warning of the Risks of Real Estate Market

This paper reviews the existing domestic and overseas researches in early warning of the risks of the real estate market from the aspects of the early warning methods and setting up the index,and then analyzes the direction of early warning research in real estate.In view of research that combines the quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis and the theory with the demonstration,the modeling technology of information,the artificial intelligence and mode recognition technology will be applied to the early warning of the risks of the real estate,which make the theory of early warning of real estate and technological methods promoted further.
