和谐社会的构建是一项艰难复杂的系统工程,法治建设不仅是其一个重要指标和要素,也是社会的民主政治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的形成机制和保障机制。在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中,法治建设还任重道远:信仰法律,牢固树立权利本位的法治理念;进一步加强和改进立法工作;坚持严格执法、公正执法、文明执法,全面推进依法行政;进一步健全民主监督制度和司法救济工作。

On Legal Construction and Formation of a Harmonious Society

The construction of the harmonious society is a complex project.It is not only a major step and factor in the construction of legal system but also a system in which the democratic politics,fairness and justice,friendship and honesty,imagination and vigorousness,peace and security,harmony between man and nature are realized and guaranteed.In the course of building the socialist harmonious society,there is much to be improved.We should set up the idea of doing everything according to the law,further strengthen legislation,enforce the law strictly and fairly,administer by law,and perfect the supervision system and judicial remedy.
