摘    要:坚持以人为本,既有着中华文明的深厚根基,又体现了时代发展的进步精神,是科学发展观的本质和核心。人才是第一资源,高校的人才管理工作必须坚持科学发展观,体现马克思主义人本思想,这对于推动我国高校整体事业的可持续发展与进步等都具有及其重要的意义。

Abstract:Taking people as the foremost ,which rooted in Chinese civilization, contains the progressive spirit of the times, is the core of scientific outlook on development. Talented people is the frist resource. Management of talented people in colleges should persist in scientific outlook on development and Marxist people -oriented thought, which can promate the college sustainable development.
