It is a complex project to uphold the principle "People Oriented".The goal of teachers' moral construction in higher schools cannot be achieved until importance is given to the idea of "People Oriented".Therefore,we should,in teachers' moral construction in higher schools,follow fundamentals of education and managements;understand its base,premise,core,requirements and guarantee;emphasize teachers' role;find a system of scientific methods;adhere to dialectical idea of moral education and management.
