我国民营企业人才获取的内部障碍及其对策分析

摘    要:人才资源是社会发展的最重要的战略资源,对企业来说,是企业发展的核心动力,然而在我国的民营企业发展中,最紧缺的正是人才资源。这里针对民营企业人才资源危机的形成原因和获取人才资源的障碍进行分析,提出了民营企业应在管理理念上高度重视人才资源的同时,也应在管理制度、管理模式以及人才获取方式方法上克服障碍,设计策略。

Abstract:Talent Resources are of strategic importance both to the development of a society and to the development of enterprises.China's private-owned enterprises,however,experience crises of all kinds in recruiting talents.Based on the analysis of the causes for such crises and the internal obstacles for the private enterprises in the competition for talents,the paper suggests taking some countermeasures in the management system and models,and the way to get talents,besides more emphasis on talent resources in management principles.
