摘 要: | 领导是影响企业管理成效的关键因素之一。基于现有研究观点,通过问卷设计、统计调查、实证分析、假设检验等过程,研究不同领导风格对企业人力资源管理效能的影响机制,以期对企业人力资源管理效能提升有所帮助。

Abstract: | Leadership is one of the key factors influencing the effectiveness of corporate governance. Based on existing research results,through questionnaire design,statistical survey,empirical analy-sis,hypothesis testing,mechanism of different leadership styles affection to human resource manage-ment effectiveness was carried out. This will help to improve the human resource management per-formance. |
