| 摘 要： | 采用三阶段 DEA 模型对长江经济带沿江11省市2008—2013年高技术产业五大细分行业的技术效率进行测度。结果表明：环境特征和随机因素对效率具有显著的影响；剔除环境变量和随机因素影响后，大部分行业效率值下降，部分行业的技术效率偏低且呈现出显著的行业差异。最后提出，在注重技术进步的同时，沿江地区应发挥比较优势，有针对性地提高管理水平和规模效应，从整体上优化高技术产业资源配置的区域结构和产业结构。

Efficiency Measurement and Heterogeneity Analysis of Hi-Tech Industry in Yangtze Economic Zone |

| Abstract: | Using the three-stage DEA model,this paper measured the technical efficiency of five sub-sectors of hi-tech industry of nine provinces and two cities of Yangtze Economic Zone from 2008 to 201 3.The results show that environmental characteristics and random factors have significant influ-ence on the efficiency level,and after eliminating the influence of the environment variables and ran-dom factors,the efficiency of most industries drops and some stays low level,and the efficiency shows significant industrial differences.Finally,we put forward that when emphasizing on technology pro-gress,the provinces and cities of the Yangtze Economic Zone should be targeted to improve the indus-trial efficiency and make full use of comparative advantage,and to optimize the regional structure and industrial structure of allocation of resources overall. |
