从桑代克迷笼实验视角论高校教师角色定位

作为高等教育传播文化与培养人才主要群体的高校教师，其角色定位需要从教师讲授为中心转变为启发学生为中心。从美国著名心理学家桑代克的迷笼实验入手，根据实验反映联结理论中的“准备律”“效果律”和“练习律”三原则，将学习者的学习行为规律运用于高校教学实践环节，着重探讨高校教师作为学习者学习动机的启发者和激励者，学习目标确立者，课堂学习激励者，以及学习效果强化者和评价者的“六者”角色定位。

On College Teachers’Role Orientation from the Perspective of Thorndike’s Puzzle Box

As college teachers,they play the major roles in the dissemination of culture and training talents in higher education.Classroom teaching should be student-centered instead of being teacher-centered.Based on the experiment of American psychologist Thorndike’s Puzzle Box and the three principles of“The Law of Readiness”,“The Law of Effect”and “The Law of Exercise”in Thorn-dike’s theory of Connectionism,this essay was intended for applying the learner’s behavior learning rules to practical college teaching.In addition,it mainly dealt with teacher’s six roles:the inspira-tion and the stimulator of learning motivation,the founder of learning objectives,the stimulator of classroom learning,the enhancer and the evaluator of learning effects.
