高校毕业生生涯适应力与大五人格结构关系研究

摘    要:通过对437名高校毕业生生涯适应力和大五人格特质关系进行研究,发现:高校毕业生生涯适应力与开放性、宜人性存在显著正相关,与严谨性存在正相关,与外倾性存在负相关。外倾性、开放性、宜人性和严谨性是生涯适应力稳定有力的预测指标,生涯适应力和开放性、严谨性、宜人性的关系与国外研究结论一致,而和外倾性、神经质的结论则与国外研究结论有差异。

Research on Structural Relationship Between Career Adaptability and the Big Five of University Graduates
Abstract:Based on the study on the personality traits relationship between the Big Five and career re-silience of 437 university graduates,we found that there is significant positive correlation between the openness to experience,agreeableness and career flexibility of university graduates,and their career flexibility is positively correlated with conscientiousness,but it is negatively related with extraversion. The extraversion,openness to experience,agreeableness and conscientiousness are powerful predictors of career adaptability and stability.The relationships between career flexibility and openness to experi-ence,agreeableness and conscientiousness are agreeableness with conclusions of foreign research, while the relationships between neuroticism and extroversion are different with conclusions of foreign research.
