| Abstract: | Under the market economy condition,some enterprises blind foreign investments made the state-owned property massively lose and waste.Passing through analysis and comparison with some enterprises failed and successful cases in foreign investment,this article elaborated the necessity to establish enterprise inner departments control system for its investment programs management. |
