| 摘 要： | 运用耗散结构理论从一崭新视角分析企业并购的机理,认为并购是企业发展、演化过程中的"涨落",是企业由低级有序形态向高级有序形态演变的过程;认为只有对并购后企业进行有效整合,形成有益"涨落"和"突变",才能使并购后的企业走向有序。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the mechanisms and effects of enterprise amalgamating with dissipative structure theory, and considers that amalgamating is the fluctuation in the enterprises development and evolution and is a process that enterprises evolve from low orderly form to high orderly form. The paper proposes effective conformity to amalgamated enterprises and forming profitable fluctuation and mutation is necessary to get rid of all kinds of conflicts after enterprise amalgamation, and increase coordinative benefits from amalgamated enterprises. |
