| 摘 要： | 随着我国立法进程的加快，立法的数量越来越多，立法冲突也成为我国法制建设中的一个突出问题。本文首先从根本原因、经济原因、制度原因等三方面分析了立法冲突产生的原因，随后又列举了立法冲突的种种表现，最后，结合我国的《立法法》，提出从预防冲突、排除冲突、消解冲突三方面解决立法冲突的问题，并对我国《立法法》解决冲突的机制加以完善。

| Abstract: | Following with the speeding of the legislation,more and more laws are put out.The conflict of laws have become a problem in our legal system building.This article analyse the origin cause?economic cause and the institution cause about the product of the conflict.,Then list its species.At last,concerning with the legislation law,the writer put forward her view that preventive measures?alternative and repel measures?exclude measures should be taken to settle this problem.Then suggest perfect the elimination conflict system. |
