人才流动中地区失衡的原因及对策分析

摘    要:中国市场经济的发展,社会事业的进步,国际进程的加快,都需要人才充分流动起来,通过优化配置,实现人才效用的最大化。但现阶段,我国人才流动却向着地区失衡的方向发展,并且随着改革步伐的加大,这种地区失衡的人才流动趋势更加明显,这对社会主义市场经济的健康、有序、和谐发展产生了不利的影响。因此,我们必须通过完善人才市场、缩小地区差距、改善工作环境以及政府的宏观调控和政策支持等措施,来缓解或改善因人才流动地区失衡所引起的经济发展恶性循环。
