| Abstract: | More and more attention has been paid to cutting down cost and raising efficiency in the international financial supervision.Under this trend,the supervisory model of banking capital adequacy rate is transforming from making use of Cooke Ratio to making use of CAR the internal model of bank risk management. Facing this trend,we must reform our backward financial supervisory system as early as possible.and create conditions for the use of CAR model to link up with the international financial supervisory model. |
