我国城乡一体化建设的政策演进与措施匹配

党的十六大以来，我国城乡一体化建设取得了明显进展，但现阶段仍有不少问题亟待解决，表现在如何缩小城乡差距，改变半截子城镇化，真正提高人的城镇化，等等。从整体上来说，城乡一体化建设既要解决农民工户籍问题、新生代农民工问题、社保问题及其他新出现的问题，又要通过财税、用工、体制等各项改革，重点解决城镇的承载力与产业支撑问题。

Since the sixteenth National Congress of the CPC, China＇s integration construction of urban and rural has made great progress, but there are still many problems to he resolved at this stage, mainly the problem of how to narrow the gap between urban and rural, change the situation of half-urbanization, improve the urbanization. On the whole, the integration construction of urban and rural should not only solve the problem of household registration of migrant workers, the new generation migrant workers, social security and other emerging problems, but also focus on the problem of urban carrying capacity and industry support through the reform on the finance and taxation, labor and system.
