| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作中非权力因素的影响即人格力量的影响 ,越来越受到人们的关注。随着社会的发展进步 ,思想政治工作中的智慧和品格交融的非权力因素即人格力量的影响愈来愈显示出其重要的作用。本文试从思想政治工作者的人格特征分析入手 ,对思想政治工作者人格力量的产生和人格力量的作用作一简单的论述 ,以期提高思想政治工作者的工作水平

| Abstract: | We're paying more and more attention to the influence of the non-right factor of political thoughts , also the influence of personality power. With the development of the society , non-right factor ,also personality power of the political thoughts which blend wisdom and personality has shown great effect. This paper starts with analyzing the personal characteristics, of those who are engaged in political thoughts and discusses the reasons and the effect of personality power of those people so that it could improve their art of working. |
