中國走向市場經濟的改革過程是一個規模浩大的實驗過程,是"摸著石頭過河"的制度演進過程。鄧小平提出的"大膽地試"、"摸著石頭過河"的不斷試錯的方法,包含了制度創新中帶有規律性的東西。但漸進主義的改革方式之選擇,同時也決定了中國改革進程中當前出現的矛盾和問題,為此需要在科學發展觀指導下以更大的力度協調推進改革,實現改革的新突破。

'Groping One's Way across the River' and Institutional Innovation:An Analysis of the Path towards a Market Economy in China

Being bold in trying and groping one's way across the river is the method which is adhered to in China's gradual reform. This method involves regular processes in institutional innovation. Each of the institutional innovations lacks enough knowledge and information, which means there is a need to probe for trial error. However, the contradictions and problems appearing during the process of market-oriented reform are also a result of the choice of the gradualist reform method. Consequently, We need to reinforce such reform and realize new breakthroughs under the direction of the concept of scientific development.
