| 摘 要： | 俄乌隆冬时节在油气问题上的争端引起了相关国家对各自能源战略的重新审视,也引起了富藏油气的里海地区国际关系的新一轮波动,该地区也因而成为不同力量为确保自己的能源安全而相互博弈的舞台。大国通过博弈获取自己的利益,多次博弈后大国利益会取得新的平衡。

| Abstract: | The recent friction between Russia and Ukraine over oil and gas initiated re-examination of respective energy strategy of related countries and caused a new round of contest in the oil-rich Caspian Sea region.The region thus becomes an arena of contest of various forces for ensuring respective energy security.Big powers,through contest,gain their respective interests and new balance of interest will emerge after rounds of big power contests.Relations between China and Other Countries |
