| 摘 要： | 北京建有中国硅谷,武汉建有中国光谷。宜昌是世界最大的水电基地,发挥"电价谷地"优势,大力发展载电产业,是宜昌产业结构调整的现实选择。本文在充分论证的基础上,提出兴建宜昌·中国电谷的设想和建议。

| Abstract: | In China, there is a Silica Valley in Beijing, an Optics Valley in Wuhan. Since Yichang city is the largest hydro-electricity base in the world featured withf low electric price, it's then a natural choice for Yichang city to develop its electricity industry in the readjustment of industry structures, hence the proposal advanced by the author of this paper to establish Electricity Valley in Yichang on the basis of sound argumentation. |
