| 摘 要： | 我国公共图书馆免费开放让更多人产生了利用图书馆学习知识的愿望，对推进我国文化事业的繁荣，提升国民阅读率，提高全民文化素养有一定的促进作用。国民素质的提高，又会促进生产力的发展。读书给现代人带来的不只是知识与力量，还有心灵的净化和品位的提升。公共图书馆免费开放要凸显效益，就要大力提高国民的读书热情。加强管理，提高服务质量。注重精神财富和物质财富的兼收并得。

| Abstract: | After free opening of the public library, it played a positive role for promoting the prosperity and development of cultural industry in our country. Opening free will make more people have desire to use library. It will play another positive role：improving the reading rate and cultural quality of the people. Advancing cultural quality will promote the development of productivity. Reading will promote not only knowledge and power, but also purification and taste of the mind. Reading enthusiasm should be enhanced to strengthen management and improve service quality. |
