In the process of the construction of socialist core value system, considering the communication effectiveness is very important. It reflects and decides on whether the socialist core value system has been received, and the public will to accept the value system and to voluntarily change their behavior. The first aspect is raising awareness. The second aspect is internalization of individual value. The third aspect is the combination of precept and example.
