| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,许多跨国公司选择在东盟五国开展研发投资和建立研发中心,并取得了一定的成果。跨国公司的R＆D投资弥补了东道国的研发资金缺口,带来了先进的技术、知识和R＆D管理经验,在一定程度上推动了东道国技术进步。但同时,跨国公司对东道国科研机构和本土技术开发形成了一定的压力,使东道国企业在争夺市场和人才的竞争中处于不利地位。

| Abstract: | Many TNCs have developed R&D invests and build R&D centers in the five country of ASEAN since 1990s,and which have taken some effects.TNCs'R&D invests makes up the R&D capital gap,brings advanced techniques,knowledge and manage experiences,which finally promotes their technique development.However,this also places stresses on the local R&D institutions and technique exploration,makes the local corporations in a disadvantageous place in market and talents contesting. |
