| Abstract: | The participation of the Party organization of the non-governmental university in the major policy decision of the school authority is an important part of Party building work in the non-governmental university.Based upon the analysis of the importance and feasibility of the Party organization's participation in major policy decision of the school authority,the paper discusses its content,procedure and principle as well as the requirements for the effective participation. |
