企业员工个体系统的自组织演化分析

摘    要:企业管理实质上体现着管理者与被管理者之间的互动关系。企业中的员工个体系统是具有自组织特性的,在其自组织演化机制下,应逐步完善员工的自我发展能力。管理者应该给员工以适当的自主权,以激发员工的积极性、创造性,巩固并强化管理者与被管理者之间的信任关系,提高企业管理效率,并最终达到企业和员工的双赢,以顺利地实现企业发展目标。

Abstract:The essence of an enterprise's management embodies interactive relationship between the governor and the governed.The employee's individual system has a feature of self-organization.Under its evolution of self-organization system,the employee's self-development ability should be gradually perfected.Managers should give the employee selfdetermination power appropriately to stir up the employee's enthusiasm and their innovative ability,and solidify and strengthen the mutual trust between the governor and the governed to improve the efficiency of the enterprise management,and finally achieve double-winning between the enterprise and employees to successfully realize the enterprise development target.
