| 摘 要： | 在大量调研的基础上,深入研究了海河上游两岸道路交通体系中的无形资产存量、现状以及存在的问题,并就此以城市经营的观点,从无形资产有形化,区域化经营,政府宏观经济政策的导向,加强政府监督和公众参与度四方面论述了道路交通体系中的无形资产的保护、开发和利用.
