协调国际货币基金组织和世界贸易组织的关系,对于达成宏观国际经济政策的一致性和避免两者共同成员的权利义务冲突具有重要意义.为此,两个国际组织已经在日常工作和各自的管辖范围方面建立了比较全面的合作关系和相应的法律机制.从规则安排和世界贸易组织有关争端解决案例来看,尽管国际货币基金组织更多地介入了世界贸易组织的内部事务,但是世界贸易组织保留了通过争端解决程序对其进行独立判断的权利.

Legal Mechanism which the IMF Cooperates with the WTO

It is very important for the IMF and the WTO to cooperate in order to achieve the consistency of international macro-economic policies and to avoid the conflicts of common members' rights and obligations.The two international organizations have already established overall cooperation and corresponding legal mechanism in routine and jurisdiction.According to the regulations and related WTO dispute settlement cases,the IMF becomes more involved in the internal affairs of the WTO while the WTO reserves its right to conduct independent judgment by dispute settlement procedures.
