收入假说理论与健康公平

国家卫生政策的目标之一就是要提高居民健康公平程度,实现健康公平是建设和谐社会的重要内容之一。随着中国经济的发展,中国居民健康的不公平程度呈现加大的趋势。收入假说理论认为居民的收入水平以及收入在居民间的相对分布是影响居民健康水平的重要因素。为提高中国居民的健康公平程度以实现建设和谐社会的目标,国家应该实行提高贫困地区与低收入居民的收入水平、缩小居民间的收入差距。

The Theory of Income Hypothesis and Health Justice

One aim of China's public health policy is to improve the people's health justice,which is an important guarantee for building a harmonious society.With the development of China's economy,there has emerged more health injustice.The theory of income hypothesis reveals that the income of the people and its relative distribution are the key factors that influence the people's health,and China is no exception.To improve the health justice of the Chinese people while building a harmonious society,the paper suggests that the Government should increase the income of the less-fortunate people and the people in the poor areas and narrow down the income differences.
