| 摘 要： | 实施可持续发展战略,特别是经济可持续发展战略,是我国现代化建设的关键问题之一,具有重大的现实意义。这主要表现在:它是推动西部民族地区经济快速、健康发展的重要前提条件;它是西部大开发顺利推进的基本保障;它可推动西部民族地区全面建设小康社会;它有利于加强西部各民族之间的团结。
