| 摘 要： | 目前,绿色技术壁垒已成为阻碍农产品自由贸易的最大障碍之一.一些发达国家以保护生态环境、保护人类、动植物生命和健康为由制定复杂苛刻的环境保护措施,对国际贸易造成了不必要的障碍.鉴于农产品和食品是各国普遍加以保护的敏感商品,所以农产品贸易受绿色技术壁垒的影响更为严重.吉林省是农业大省,其农产品出口主要销往日本和韩国等东亚地区,而这些国家主要采用绿色技术壁垒实施贸易保护,所以,如何从理论上更好理解绿色技术壁垒,并在实践上采取应对绿色技术壁垒的积极策略是吉林省农产品出口贸易可持续发展的关键.

| Abstract: | Green technical trade barrier is the main obstacle for the agricultural trade.Ji Lin is the main agriculture province in China,which exports agricultural products mainly to east Asia areas such as Japan and Korea which mainly adopt green technical trade barrier to protect trade.To analyze green technical trade barrier and find the countermeasures is important. |
