| 摘 要： | 湖北省对外开放进入一个新阶段,主要表现为利用外资的规模稳步扩张,利用外资的质量进一步优化,“走出去”的外向型经济逐步向宽领域、多层次深化。同时,面对湖北省对外开放存在诸多障碍性因素,我们必须破除内陆意识,充分发挥综合改革试验区的探索优势,破解制约利用外资的瓶颈,大力培育市场主体,培育精品名牌,设立与对外开放相适宜的专项资金,增强承接产业转移的针对性,形成对外开放的新格局。
