法治是这几年被人们频繁使用的一个词法 ,法治表征的是一种状态 ,具有安定、和谐和秩序井然的意义 ,同时又是一种行为方式和办事原则。在法治的条件下 ,个人的权利和价值将得到终极关怀。法治以其合法规律性、合价值性而为我们向往。建设法治国家 ,一方面要有健全的法律制度 ;另一方面 ,更要形成人们对法治精神的理解和追求 ,而这两方面的齐头并进、相得益彰正是完成我国宪法规定的依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家目标不可偏废的两点。
