| Abstract: | The characteristics of CPC secretaries in universities are decided by the responsibilities of the Party Committee in the universities, the moral and spiritual level, the capability of work and leadership. Functioning as the core in the organization of the unit and the spiritual construction of the Party, the secretaries are required to develop good mentality and manner at work. Practice is the basic way to improve the performance of Party secretaries. |
