| 摘 要： | 人均商业面积是体现一个国际城市流通业饱和度的重要指标。统计表明，一些代表性的国际城市人均商业营业面积约为1平方米/人。在不同的城市，人均商业资源呈现不同的分布特征。另外，如果没有相应地流通创新，增加人均商业面积只会重新划分城市商业经营结构，降低商业经营效益。

| Abstract: | Per capita commercial area is an important indicator of saturation for an international city of circulation.Statistics show that per capita commercial area is 1 square meter in some representative international city. In different cities,per capita commercial distribution of resources has different characteristics.If there is no corresponding innovation of circulation,an increase in per capita area will be redrawn city commercial structure,and reduce business efficiency. |
