中国社会现代慈善理念的匮乏与培育

慈善事业的发展必须依靠现代慈善理念的支撑.由于几千年中国封建文化传统的影响,计划经济时代国家对慈善意识形态的批判,以及政府对民间慈善空间的挤压甚至替代,致使中国社会缺乏现代慈善理念,主要表现为人本权利观、公民公共意识与社会责任意识以及理性财富观的匮乏.培育现代慈善理念应从批判地吸收中国传统慈善文化的慈善资源、倡导公民之间普遍化的互惠、培育公众公共精神品质以及营造良好的制度空间等着手.
