摘    要:贫困大学生的不良心理主要表现为人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、内向不稳定和自卑.其表层原因在于对贫困文化的错误解读和外在的社会影响;其深层原因在于由动力潜意识和认知潜意识导致的不合理构念、低效能信念、负面图式、自动化思维和错误的自我导向.基于此,应该采取团体心理辅导、构建温馨氛围、缓解经济压力和个别心理咨询等针对性强的教育对策,以便于把他们培养成合格的人才.

Abstract:The unhealthy psychological traits of needy students chiefly exhibit in hypersensitive interpersonal relations, depression, anxiety, introversion, unsteady mood and inferiority. The superficial causes rest with wrong interpretation of needy culture and external social influences. While the deep causes consist in incorrect concepts, as resulted from dynamic unconsciousness and cognitive unconsciousness, including irrational thoughts, low efficiency beliefs, negative schema, automatic thinking and wrong self-guideline. In order to bring them up into qualified personnel for the society under such special circumstances, we need to take effective measures, such as group counseling, development of a warm atmosphere, alleviation of economical pressure and individual counseling.
