Abstract:This article provides some theories about market driving strategy based on the materials overseas. Firstly,the author compares the market driving strategy with three traditional strategies.Secondly,the article analyzed four obstacles to market driving in established firms.Finally, the article makes some recommendations on transferring from market driven to market driving in established firms.
